KEMCO's Microfiltration System uses the highly efficient crossflow filtration technology. A pre-filtered wastewater stream under pressure runs through ceramic elements in the filter modules and is separated into two streams; filtrate, which passes through the pores in the filter elements, and concentrate, which carries the impurities in the water, continuously recirculating, further cleaning it as it passes through.
